Do skylights leak?

A properly installed and flashed skylight should not leak. Most leaks we see come from older units or improper installation.

Can you add a skylight to my existing roof?

In most cases, yes. We will check your roof framing and recommend the right size and location.

Should I replace my skylight when I replace my roof?

We recommend it, especially if your skylight is more than 15 to 20 years old.
